One of my concert memories was when I went to the Black and Blue
concert in Atlanta, Ga (USA). It was in 2001 and I met Kevin's wife
Kristin. I just happened to run into her after I got like a shirt or
something. I think she was on her way to the bathroom or something I
can't really remember. She was so sweet and nice. I asked if I could
get a picture with her and she said that was ok. I forgot to ask for a
autograph though. The concert was awesome though.

Gretch's Encounter.....

Shay & I were in line fro the merch and so shay left to go somewhere real quick. i saw kristin walk by and she was on the phon, then her family was walking behind her. i waited till shay came back, which wasn't long, so i told shay and she went to find her lol so i got out of line and followed her. kristin already showed her tix to get in, and still on the phone. she waved and then she was
followed her. kristin already showed her tix to get in, and still on the phone. she waved and then she was off the phone. she said hello to us. she remembered me!! and my name! i'm like, whoa! lol she talked about when we saw each other last, which was 3 years ago! we couldn't talk long cause the staff was bugging us, so she said we'll talk later! oh and she was trying to find her seat so she showed me her ticket, and i pointed the direction. she was in the sec next to me, but up higher.
during the middle of the show, i saw her again, and her family/friends was in the row in front of me! kristin walked into that row, didn't see me, and she was making sure everyone was ok and that they got seats. aww! after the show, i saw her and i went to find shay and tina. course it was too crowded at the time so we tried to find a shortcut to get to her. climbed some seats lol finally got her and she was being funny cause she was saying she can't do it cause of her skirt lol i had on a skirt too but it was longer than hers. btw, her dressed looked so good on her!! she asked me if i was ok cause she thought i hurt myself. it was my water bottle falling into the seat. so anyway, we finally meet and shay was making sure if it was ok to talk to her. she was fine w/ it!! talking about her family around her and met her little cute nephew. i mentioned about the row in front of me, and they were her high school friends! she was happy about seeing them. she had a lot of ppl backstage lol then we talked about meeting each other before and taking pics. she has a great memory. tina and i mentioned about kristin looking like rachel mcadams lol she thought that was funny but she has heard that before. i can't remember whatelse she said but tina probably knows. we were kinda being rushed so we each got a pic w/ her. kristin was joking to tina that she's going to be forced to take a pic w/ her! lmao. then i was the last one. oh and kristin said she hasn't seen leighanne yet (leigh was going to be at the show and tina saw her at soundcheck). so i kristin was going to say hello. i got a card for bri and leigh's anniversary and had my friends sign it. she was going to give it to leigh for me. she didn't mind at all. so as we were walking out of the section, kristin was saying bye and i was the last one. i told her it was nice to see you and that i'll see her at the next show, whenever that is lol she gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheek! i was surprised!!! lol

Sharon's Encounter......

On Friday, March 9th, there was no concert. And so wat did i do? I STARVED myself by waiting outside for 12 hours STRAIGHT, eating nothing, and i'm serious! nothing! for the WHOLE entire day! But it was totally worth it. Around...oh i dunno! I didn't keep time, but sometime that day, I met the first "famous" person. lol. Who did i meet? KRISTIN RICHARDSON. The famous kristin, as in Kevin's wife. Now, u have to know, I USED to think Kristin's ugly, but when i met her. She was oh-so-pretty!!! She was the niceses person u'll EVER meet! She had just came back from workout, which by the way, I had MISSED her GOING out. (but i found her coming back!) And i'm serious, if one of the girl hadn't yelled out "kristin!" i WOULDN'T have met her. She was so tiny! about 5'5 or something!!! She was absolutely BEAUTIFUL. aND I got a picture with her, as well as autographs. Wat did i forget to do? A hug..and ROSES. I had bought roses just incase i see them....i SHOULD have given it to her! But i forgot....=(

Chrissy's Encounter........

Hi Everyone! I finally met Kevin and Kristin Richardson on Saturday,Feb. 1st. They are both so

sweet. I went to see 'Chicago' and itwas awesome.

Kristin was a complete sweetheart. I got extremely 'starstruck' with her and I started shaking and could
barely talk so she kept the conversation going. She said thanks forcoming to support Kevin, she told us where to go to meet Kevin after the play, she said we (me and my friend, Rachel) both looked very nice, she told us about her up coming movie called, "Shut Up and Kiss Me" it's a romantic comedy that is being shot in Miami, she plays one of the lead roles (as Jessica) who falls in love with Christopher Barnes (Ryan). The company is hoping to release it next Valentine's Day, but they think it will be out sooner...possibly Thanksgiving2003. Kevin took his time signing autographs, taking pictures, and giving hugs to all the fans there. I told him that I met Kristin inside the theatre and that she's "such a sweetheart" and Kevin
said "that's why I married the girl". It was cute, he said it with a big smile on his face and seemed very happy to hear that. I have pictures, but my scanner is still broken, I'm hoping my dad will get
it fixed soon. As soon as it does get fixed I will scan the pictures for you guys.

Bridgette's Encounter......

Ok, well, the movie is called "Shutup and Kiss me" and was expected to be released next Valentine's day, but they are now saying it should be sooner. Kristin is one of the main characters. Some others in the cast
include Chris Barnes, Brad Rowe, Krista Allen, Burt Young, and Victoria Jackson. I was on set filming one day and I am friends with the woman who owns the hotel that was housing the cast and crew of the movie, so before we started filming, I got to spend some time with Kristin. Shewas SO sweet. VERY FRIENDLY! She was getting her hair done and we were just kind of talking. I go to an art school for acting, and I also dance,
so we talked a lot about the acting industry and what it's like to make it like she has. She gave me some advice on never giving up, because had she let the first person who turned her down get to her, she never
would have made it. She was really down to earth, which was surprising, because she looked very "posh". She was dishing out compliments left and right, and when I complimented her back, she was very humble about it, and was so sweet. She's so grounded and I really enjoyed her company.
She was showing some wedding pictures, and talking about appearing in magazines, and telling us about her weekend. It was such a normal conversation! Then we started filming and I was placed near her on set, so we kind of talked between scenes.

Last night I went to go see Kevin in "Chicago" first off I have to say that Im SOOOO proud of Kevin! He was amazing in the play, that boy can sing and act! The best thing about the play, it has A LOT of dancing, acting and singing. He may play a "dirty" lawyer but he was VERY funny and VERY VERY GORGEOUS. LOL of course we all know that. The play was about 2 hours and a half. I liked the play a lot and if people are debating to go see it or not trust me, go see it... you'll have a blast. Well after the play I was thinking either to go home or stay and wait for Kevin to come out! Well I decided to wait by the backdoor for Kevin and let me tell you the man is worth the wait. He was such a sweetie, so is Kristin. Kevin and Kristin signed for EVERYONE there. I even got their autographs LOL. But Kevin listened to everyone, answered alot of peoples questions, like will there be another album and will a tour follow, questions even came up about the other guys and he just sat and lis! tened to any comment, which I thought was VERY sweet of him. When I got to him, he made me feel like I was the ONLY one there. I had told him he kicked ass in the play, and that I love him and the other guys. Then I thanked him along with the other guys for making such wonderful music and helping me get through a rough time which was my father passing away. He sat there and listened to every word I had to say and he even asked me when, and he hugged me and told me its tough but I'll get through it. He called me Lil sis! LOL. That made me feel special, he was like, "Lil sis I know how you feel and I know from looking at you, that your a very strong person and you will get through it." I wanted to cry becuz of what he had said and how sweet he was with his words. Another question that was brought up was actually Baylee! After I told Kevin about my father I had asked him if he has talked or seen Brian, Leighanne and Baylee. He has gotten a picture of Baylee and he has talked to! Brian. He didn't show the pic becuz the pic will be coming out soon but Kevin did tell me that Baylee looks EXACTLY like Brian! That boy is gonna get ALL the girls on the block! LOL. Then Kristin made a comment (a funny one at that) she was like, "He even has Brian's nose! The BIG nostrols!" LOL I laughed and was like awww. But she had confirmed that Baylee is adorable! I looked at her and was like well if he looks like Bri... I know he's adorable!!! Last night was A LOT of fun! And like I said Im SOOO proud of Kevin!!! I wanted to get on and give you my review!!! LOL. The play gets 5 STARS from me... and 10 Stars to Kevin! LOL.

- 8.27.01 - Kansas City, MO - B&B Tour -

During the show, my friends and I were in the 1st balcony, in the 1st row for the mini stage. We kept seeing some blond walking around, and we couldn't tell if it was Leighanne or Kristin. Then right after the show, we looked towards the side of the stage in the pits. We saw some fans talking to some blond!! So what do we do? We run over there! lol We didn't even get caught, weird! As we got closer, we saw it was Kristin!! I think the woman that we saw wasn't her, it was hard to tell in the dark. We waited till it was our turn to get her autos. I asked her if Leighanne was around too, but she said Leigh was out of town. Aw man! lol But of course, I wanted to meet Kevin's wife too!! She was soo nice!! She was having some family members behind her so ya know, her family is here in Kansas City! hehe :) Since we couldn't get pics with her, cuz she was behind the seating rail and she couldn't come out, so I just got a pic of her standing there, looking at my camera! I also got her auto, along w/ my name on it!! We also told her that we met her hubby earlier that day!! hehe :)Well that's the end of my encounter w/ her, I'd def. want meet her again!!

Dec. 20th, 2002 - Kansas City - Beaumont Club

Nick was in town again for another radio Christmas show. It was great!!!
Then as I was trying to meet Nick for the 2nd time (1st was last Aug), someone told me about Kevin being there. So I waited for my 2 friends to meet Nick in the backstage area and the fans around me thought Nick
would be coming back around to us, since the club ppl said he would. He didn't!! Argh! Then I watched Nick go back down to the stage, I ran down there, it was impossible to get close to him. He went down the stairs. After I told my friends about Kevin being there, I just happen to look towards the back of the club, where there were tables, etc. There was Kevin!! So I casually walked over there, waited till he was done talking, I touched his arm to get his attention. He did, I then asked if I could get a picture w/ him because it was my birthday. He said sure! I gave my camera to a friend, got my arms around him to get the pic!! After that, he said he had to go, gave me a hug, looked at me in the eyes, got a hold of my hands, said "Happy Birthday", as he was walking away! *sigh* I said "Thank you!" (if u want to see the pic, let me know! :) I was so happy to get another pic with him because last Aug, my friends and I got a pic w/ him, but I was on the far right and only half of me was in the picture!!

This is when I spotted Kristin at a table, talking away. I went up to her, said hi and said that I've met her last year. She was like, "What's your name?" She remembered! :) I asked if I could get a pic with her. Yep!!

She was telling me to give it to one of her friends, that is good at taking pics, so I did. We cuddle up for the pics, she wrapped my arms around me...aww.. so did I! :) After that, I asked if she was in town for Christmas, yep! She saw my shirt, which said 'birthday girl' (I wanted to wear one because this was the 1st concert happening on my birthday!) She said in a cheerful voice "Happy Birthday!" We then talked about her high school friends hanging around, her and Kevin didn't know that Nick was having a concert so they wanted to come surprise him AND to support him, of course!! She said there was a KC Royal player here too. I didnt see him though, I think he left. I looked at Kristin's ring! :) Pretty!! At this time, Nick came up (THUD lol) he was this close. Nick was soo happy to see her!! He gave her a tight hug and picked her up!! Aww! It was pretty cool to see that! I was like 'Yes! Maybe I have my chance this time!' Well, not really lol :(
I touched nick's muscled shoulder to get his attention, but he didn't react to it. He was in a hurry, as usual! After he went thru these doors, I asked Kristin if she knew about him staying the nite, said she
was sorry and she doesnt know. I forgot to say goodbye to her and Merry Christmas. I can't remember what happened lol but I left her be to hang out w/ her friends. I went over to the doors that Nick went thru. He was planning on coming out, but he never did. So we got kicked out..grrrr.. (because there was going to be another act and we'd have to pay their tix to stay!) As my friends and I went outside, we saw these girls by these doors, that were all painted white and some open clear spots. I peeked thru
and there was Nick, Kevin, Kristin, etc talking w/ radio ppl!! More like a private room. We were there for like 15-30 min, thinking they would come out. There weren't very many ppl outside then. It was like between
9:30-10:30. A lot of ppl left. I wanted to get a pic of them in there, but I didn't think it'd come out, plus the hole is kinda small.

Well there's my 2nd encounter w/ her! :)

Still, immodest fans lob lingerie during concerts, not caring that Richardson found his own sweetie (a dancer he declines to name) seven years ago at Disneyland-(sic), where he began his showbiz career as a Ninja Turtle....Kevin: "She walked into the cafeteria, and it was like someone turned a light on...."

On October 28,1999 Kevin gave a radio with z100 out of New York City.
DJ:"...How did you spend your birthday?..."
Kevin:"...We had about 4 days off around that time,...I went to, up in the Berkshears in Massachusetts. In the Mountains, The leaves were changing and I went up there with a romantic friend of mine, Lady friend of mine and we just had a good time together. ( December 16, 1999 ): Kristin and Kevin attended the Any Given Sunday Movie Premiere at the Mann Village Theatre in Westwood, California.

( November 05, 1999 ): Kristin attended the Pistons Game with Kevin, Brian, and Leighanne. She was also spotted at a Detroit concert with Howie's girlfriend, Claudia. The fans that had the chance to talk to her said Kristin was very nice and friendly. She sat with Howie's brother, John, and Claudia during the concert.

( September 09, 1999 ): Kristin and Kevin attended the MTV Video Music Awards at the Radio City Music Hall in New York City, New York. Kevin happily accepted a hug and a kiss from Kristin when the Backstreet Boys won the award for Viewer's Choice.

( August 1999 ): Kristin and Kevin were seen together backstage before Kristin went onstage to perform at a Cher concert.

( April 01, 1999 ): Kristin was at the filming of the Backstreet Boys' video for "I Want It That Way" at the LAX airport in Los Angeles, California.

( January 01, 1999 ): Kristin was seen at the Outback Bowl, when Kevin sang the National Anthem. Kristin, Kevin, Kevin's 2 older brothers and their girlfriends were there to see Kevin perform and to watch the Kentucky Wildcats play. Kevin and Kristin were seen kissing, holding hands, and Kristin sat in Kevin's lap a good portion of the game.

( Beginning of 1999 ): Kristin and Kevin attended a Beach Party in Europe. A video was taken of them, but only captures of the video can be found.

1998 Sightings

( December 31, 1998 ): Kristin attended the Backstreet Boys' New Year's Eve concert in Orlando, Florida, where Kevin was said to have gotten down on one knee and sung to her. She mouthed, "Love ya" and he mouthed back, "Love ya, baby." Kristin was said to be sitting with Kevin's mother, Ann Richardson, at the concert and at the end, she was with the other guys' known girlfriends and security guards.

( Mid / End of 1998 ): Kristin was seen with Kevin at the All-Star Cafe, where they were commented on as being "a very attractive couple," to which Kevin responded with a big smile. Another comment was "It must be so nice to be in love," to which Kevin responded, "It is."

1996 Sightings

( Spring 1996 ): Kristin appeared in the Backstreet Boys' music video, "I'll Never Break Your Heart."
